I love cats

What can I say, I love cats.

After my last post, I decided to dust off all the beautiful pieces I have been saving and complete some of the projects that I started.

The colorful cats are now finished and needs a place to hang.

This one is is a long term project and I plan to work with gold thread and add some beads.

Can't wait to finish it :-)

Lots treasure found

Starting the new year with a good clean in the house and I found an old applique 'master piece' I did a couple of years ago.  I took it down when we moved house.  It needs a good clean!

Early bird and Night Owl from Mmm Crafts

Its not often that I see a pattern and I simply cannot wait to make it.  This is one of those patterns. The Early Bird - Night Owl from http://mmmcrafts.blogspot.co.za/.   One the one side of the pillow is an Owl and on the other side is an Early bird.

So digging in my fabric stash, I found some old Ric-Rac that belonged to my mother.  I made a couple of these pillows.  They were a hit!

My love for plushies

Just a quick post on what I have been working on for the last couple of months between kids and work. I love making soft toys.
